Not (yet). Something similar is the fish protocol, using .fishsrv.pl on
the remote side, but it is not exactly like what you propose. And it is
slower than native ssh connection, likely due to the fish protocol.

Maybe. On the other hand, one could use scp or rsync for larger files.
