grep (and compile) over tramp seem to bee broken in 2.1.11

It seems that the grep command is run on the localhost and in the default
home directory:
I do alt-x grep, then I replace grep the command in the minibuffer with
"hostname; pwd"; the *grep* buffers pops out and show this
