The recent changes have eliminated all macros from the source (except
`trampfn', but it isn't used). No pain therefore.

The setting of flags from the Makefile can be missed. The flags
default to "emacs" as the used flavour, and no installation chapter /
Japanese manual.

Hmm. Maybe the default for the installation chapter can be changed.
