Tramp-Ange-FTP integration

I've now changed Tramp such that it automatically uses the unified
filename format on Emacs but uses the separate filename syntax for
XEmacs.

Hm.  I also need to change the default method to ftp.  Will do so in
a jiffy.

Please test a bit before I integrate this into Emacs.
