        * tramp.texi (Top): Add copying.
        (Overview, Obtaining @tramp{}, Installation, Multi-hop Methods)
        (Remote Programs, Multi-hop filename syntax)
        (Frequently Asked Questions): Reformat.
        
        * Makefile (clean): Delete more.
        
        * tramp.el (tramp-coding-commands): New variable.
        (tramp-find-inline-encoding): New function.
        (tramp-handle-make-directory, tramp-handle-delete-directory)
        (tramp-handle-delete-file): Do expand-file-name on arg.
        
        * Makefile: Bump version, preparing for next release.  (But that
        release is not soon.)
