[Tinycc-devel] __has_include() ?

Hi folks!

I think it might be handy to have __has_include().

Maybe just checking access() might do, fwiw.

Not sure if it was proposed to standards other than C++, i.e. C, but I thought 
it was..

I don't think we have it yet, do we?
