Which versions of the Debian and Ubuntu? A research of the this
problem is in progress. Looks like the current Debian and Ubunbtu
don't follow a rule to place x86_64 binaries in the /usr/lib64 and
experiment with a new rules.
And following only a debian/ubuntu way breaks compilation on other distors...

Yes, but this problem is exposed for me only after "make distclean".
There is no problem on clean repositiory. Will be fixed.
