I have to install Tcc in ttylinux , since ttylinux does not support make and rpm command ,
can you tell me the other way to install this ,,?

If there is no 'make' for ttylinux then ttylinux (basically) cannot host software builds. i am assuming ttylinux gets cross-compiled from some other environment, in which case you should try compiling tcc on that environment and copying it to ttylinux. Their home page:

http://www.minimalinux.org/ttylinux/

says you can use their build system to create your own ttymake distribution, and i would bet that one of the options is to include make/gcc/etc. in the distribution.

See:

http://www.minimalinux.org/ttylinux/variants.html

and look at the "ws" variant - based on its description it includes the build tools.
