[Tinycc-devel] Patch for DESTDIR installation

Hi,

The attached patch makes tinycc's "install" target support DESTDIR in
the standard way; this makes it easier to build packages of tinycc,
since you only need to specify the staging area rather than overriding
all the *dir variables.
