[Texmacs-dev] How to get format options

Hi all,

I recently read a Scheme tutorial with the purpose to become a TeXmacs 
developer. I want to introduce some new features into TeXmacs->LaTeX conversion.

Please help me to solve this issue:

For a given converter (e.g. "texmacs->latex") find the list of its options 
defined by :function-with-options
