Just a little explanation: TeXmacs automatically restarts with the --setup
option
when upgrading to a new version. However, if you make minor upgrades from SVN,
this is not automatic: if I added new TeXmacs primitives, then the state of
your cache may become invalid and TeXmacs will crash at start-up.
