Hi Andreas,

I have tested the images and there is a problem which requires attention.
It appears to be associated with spaces in path names (ie. C:\Documents and
Settings).  I will fix it and post a new version tomorrow.  In the meantime,
please try to unpack into a root directory of somekind without spaces, it
should work fine then.
