[Texmacs-dev] tm 1.0.3 does not compile on Debian unstable

Hi, 

I tried to compile tm 1.0.3 on Debian unstable.

It fails with this error

checking how to run the C++ preprocessor... /lib/cpp
configure: error: C++ preprocessor "/lib/cpp" fails sanity check

I tried with cpp-3.3 and cpp-2.95

 dpkg -l cpp*
