I have got used to go for hunting these missing strings. I add them to
the translation file, translate and that's it. Dictool seems not to pick
all the strings... It's not optimal (there are some untranslated entries
in the table menus in spanish, and -more difficult to find- some
minibuffer messages) but it works.
