[Texmacs-dev] texmacs doesn't find texmacs-init.scm (cygwin)

hi there,

starting texmacs v1.0.2 on (newest) cygwin, with guile1.4.1 (form
sources) yields complaint that the start file isn't found.

$ echo $TEXMACS_PATH
/usr/local/share/TeXmacs

$ echo $GUILE_LOAD_PATH
/usr/local/share/guile/1.4.1

$ ls $TEXMACS_PATH/progs
convert  drd    init-buffer.scm   keyboard  texmacs
core     fonts  init-texmacs.scm  menus     tm-mode.el
