[Texmacs-dev] Mouse vs Keyboard

I think that if I use the mouse to exit the program, like by clicking
the window manager close button or the exit menu, then the program
should interact with me via dialogs and the mouse, rather than via the
minibuffer.  If I use the keyboard to invoke the exit function, however,
it should use the minibuffer.
