Thanks.

It might be a good idea to make a page on the Wiki with
user contributions. It should not be necessary to download
them to theWiki (a mere link should be sufficient and
this more convenient for many developers). Of course,
it should also be possible to download the files on the Wiki
(for those who do not have personal web space).

Since the number of pending patches is growing together
with the number of pending bugs and wishes,
it is indeed important to have a central place
where we can look in order to remind us what should still be done.

No, I disabled it because it often makes ordinary pictures
look *less* nice (try tiger.ps). It is a good feature for
more textual pictures though. In fact we might have a user
preference for this too.

We should start a page on the Wiki with useful user preferences too.
I have no idea yet how this menu should be structured in the future.
It would be good to have a more complete list of what is needed first.
