TOC_FILE cust.var?

Patrice, we mention this customization variable in the manual:

  @item TOC_FILE
  @vindex INLINE_CONTENTS
  The value is used as the file name for the table of contents, if
  output is split and @code{INLINE_CONTENTS} is not set.  The extension
  is set appropriately, if necessary.  The default is
  @address@hidden

But util/txicustomvars doesn't output it.  Is it only for texi2html?
(Also, isn't it relevant only to HTML?)
