--dvipdf ok, t2d args?

1) did I need to do anything else to add the --dvipdf option to
texi2any?  A la --dvi, --ps, --pdf.  (It seemed like it made sense to
add it, since for our purposes it's a different "format".)

2) The only options passed to texi2dvi are those mentioning
   @texi2dvi_args, right?  Which looks like:
   the output formats,
   -I arg
   -o arg
   --verbose
   --Xopt
   --batch
   --silent|--quiet
   --debug
