Still on running from development ...
Right now, running texi2any.pl from anything but the tp dir fails with:
Can't locate Texinfo/Convert/Texinfo.pm in @INC ...
since texi2any.pl says:
use Texinfo::Convert::Texinfo;
very early.
I didn't immediately see what was being used from that .pm. Can it be
moved down and changed to require, like all the others?
