What is the master menu? My feeling is that it is the Top node menu,
with the addition that there is a detailmenu containing every chapter
menu with a menu title with the chapter name preceding it. If it is
the case, my feeling is that doing a detailmenu it is a bit more
challenging than just doing the regular menu because it also involves
'menu title' lines which do not have a structure as well defined as
menu entries. In addition I guess we have the line
-- The Detailed Node Listing ---

Generating a detailmenu for the first time should be trivial, providing
there is no conditionnal/expanded text involved in nodes/menu definition.
Updating menu entries by using menu entries from the chapter menus should
also be easy.

But keeping the user strings if he changed it for the menu titles should
not be that easy. Maybe we could state that the structure is always the
chapter name in menu titles, and if the user changes the strings, these
changes won't be kept?
