     new 02d5ceeee2 tp/Texinfo/ParserNonXS.pm: input_file_name instead of name 
in input structure
     new f99a28c33f * tp/Texinfo/ParserNonXS.pm (parse_texi_file, 
_save_line_directive) (_next_text, _end_line): use a structure similar with 
source_info within the input for the current file informations. Like in the XS 
parser.  Add the information on the @include file name encoding. Use this 
information to decode the file name in an error message.
