    from d45998b  tp/Texinfo/Convert/Text.pm: replace convert by 
convert_to_text in pod section
     new 25872e6  tp/Texinfo/Convert/Unicode.pm: use convert_to_text instead of 
convert in example in documentation, as convert should always need a converter.
     new 6f49d58  tp/Texinfo/Convert/*.pm: always used the Converter.pm API 
consistent prototype for convert()
