Ah, right, sorry. I didn't see this, because I missed the fact that texi2html 
doesn't build at all from CVS currently, so the texi2html script was never 
updated when building.

Are you sure you added the addformats.sh build script to CVS? As far as I can 
see, the Makefile calls it to assemble the texi2html file, but it is not in the 
CVS tree in the top dir (ViewCVS on savannah.gnu.org doesn't show it there).
