[Tetum-translators] Provisional release of Aspell dictionary for tetum

G'day all,
The tetum site now has a provisional tarball (with simple ?
instructions) of a tetum wordlist for use with the Aspell5 series spell
checker.

Please give this package a full road test.
website / install / use / quality ...
And direct all feedback to myself or the tetum list as you feel is
appropriate.


Soon I hope to have some updates for the Translation dictionary as well.
