[Taler] Test of the newest Apps in use

Hello,

in the last days arrived the newest versions of the GNU-Taler APPs.
You have done a very fine job.

Today I tested and I am happy and hope, that I can in future use this 
solution.
When I this compare with te payment of charging cars, then would be GNU 
Taler the right way.

I wrote a short description of the apps (sorry in german, this works 
faster :-))

If you want to read, you find it beside. I send it in PDF an in ODT. Of 
course you can use ist for your description
