Hi Joerg,

Welcome to the Taler list ;-).  We've been aware of OpenCoin for some
time, but as you might have seen Taler makes some non-trivial changes,
including in particular the ability to give change and refunds.

Thanks for the link to the OpenCoin protocol. Still, given that it says
"This draft is work in heavy progress.", would it be reasonable to say
that this is now a "complete" description?
