That depends on what you consider identifying information.

The mint knows the SEPA number, the customer the contract.

Together, they can say which SEPA number executed which contract.


They may still need additionally the cooperation of the bank (or other
external information) to get a real name associated with the SEPA
details (naturally, we do currently require/recommend that the SEPA WIRE
JSON does include the real name of the merchant, but that's not a
technical requirement.)

So for Hellekin's attack scenario, even the combined knowledge of
mint+customer might not be problematic.
