i've tried with several different swf from different pdf sources but it's always the same result, like:

"DasLadengeschäftinderBahnhofsstraßebieteteinegroßeAuswahlanPolstermöbeln."
instead of 
"Das Ladengeschäft in der Bahnhofsstraße bietet eine große Auswahl an Polstermöbeln."

if you tell me what the problem is or might be, i can try solving it myself in the sourcecode of swfdump or swfstrings.

swfstrings is a bit outdated.
Have you tried "swfdump -t"?
