[Swftools-common] SWFTOOLS 0.8.1 on CentOS 5.2 - missing ../lib/libpdf.a

I am trying to install swftools 0.8.1 on CentOS 5.2

configure seems to be ok. (the complete output is attached), but when I try to make the package I get:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../lib/libpdf.a', needed by `pdf2swf'.  Stop.

Please help!!! The solution using perl inject ... could not be applied - no .pl script :(

Any ideas?
