[Swftools-common] How to get it working?

Hello,

just joined this e-list, 'cause I installed swftools.
Well, a question.....

Swftools (swftools-0.7.0.exe) is installed at my PC,
which is running und XP, with SP2.
After clicking on swfcombine.exe just for less than
a second a black screen appears en disappears. That
is all. Same for the separate tools.
How do I get them working?
