Hm, afaik, xpdf (the pdf parser used by pdf2swf) doesn't have
support for forms yet, so it'll probably be a while before those
work with pdf2swf.
I agree that would be a nifty feature, though.

swftools doesn't contain a tool do do something like this yet.
There seem to be numerous software packages on the market though
which can convert from swf to exe (judging from a quick google
search for "swf to exe").
