What file extension do those fonts have? pdf2swf currently looks only
for files with the extension .pfa, .pfb, .ttf.
You might get away with renaming (not converting!) your fonts to .ttf
or .pfa, as I believe freetype doesn't take the extension into account
when determining the font format.
But please let me know what these fonts are called anyway, so I can add
that extension to the list.

The next development snapshot of swftools will most probably handle
those fonts better.
