I'm installing F11 now to try to test this out.

You don't show me your configure command and the output from it, so it 
is  hard to say what's going wrong.  I suspect you don't have emacs 
installed.

I do know for sure there is trouble compiling Swarm with tcl/tk 8.5, and 
if you don't have 8.4 devel packages installed, it probably won't 
compile.  I've not looked into it, for me it is too tough to understand, 
but there are some guys who have.  We have to hope they will tell us if 
it can be fixed.
