Hey reyman, we have exact the same problem. I still have no idea on how to deal with the problem. Meanwhile it works quite well on my Debian lenny. I doubt if it is because ubuntu 9.04 release has again modified its inside architecture........ 

seems we have to wait for some bigshots to solve it ...

Instalation of swarm with ./configure and makeInstall is ok, but with i'm using this :

Problem with apps :

expected version number but got "8.5.0-8.6"
    while executing
"package present Tcl 8.5.0-8.6"
