If you are trying to unzip using WinZip, try instead to use 'tar' in 
Cygwin ("tar xzvf swarmapps-objc-2.2-2.tar").  WinZip sometimes thinks 
it can unzip a tar file when it actually cannot, even though the tar 
file is fine.
