[Swarm-Support] StartHeatbugs.java runing problem

hi,

i am a newbie, and interested in swarm, when i follow the instruction in "A tutorial introduction to Swarm: Building demos"
and run the command:
javaswarm StartHeatbugs

then there is no response and the terminal shows massage as following:

 

<Tcl -_eval:>wrong #args: should be "source fileName"while executing

"source d:/program files/Swarm-2.1.1/share/tcl8.0/word.tcl"
while evaluating:source d:/program files/swarm-2.1.1/share/tcl8.0/word.tcl 

 

what's wrong with it?
