In building the latest swarm I get this compile error fairly well into
the build:

I got the source from CVS and I ran the default configure.
Any information on what I am doing wrong would be greatly appreciated. 
I am running RH8.0 on a dell laptop (inspiron 8200) with kernel
2.4.18-17.8.0.
