[MacOSX] gcc3.1-1149 available.

a new binary of gcc3.1 is available from 
http://homepage.mac.com/jacobo_myerston/FileSharing3.html.

I build this binary without libiconv in order to avoid some possible 
differences between future releases of Apple gcc and my build.

I also uploaded a script that allow to remove the binaries I'm providing.
