There are some temporary connectivity problems due to relocation of
machines. We are moving to a system of mirrors. Alex Lancaster has a
working copy of the swarm page up here:
http://www.freesoftware.fsf.org/swarm/
And I'm trying to learn how to generate the pages so I can put a copy up
here at KU, and at the U. of Washington there is work going on to do the
same. A redirect page should eventually materialize. ftp is still working.
I do not understand all of the tech issues involved, but expect it will
work out.
As they say in Winnie the Pooh, "a rescue is being thought of."
