Any interest in Lingo package?

Dear members of Swarm Discussion List:

A fellow student has made me aware of an optimization package called
Lingo. Limited-capacity evaluation downloads are available from
http://www.lindo.com/downloadf.html (note spelling of site name),
in exchange for agreeing to a license agreeement and providing
an e-mail address. The package is available for Windows and Linux
environments.

I'm wondering if this package's capabilities would be of interest
to Swarm users. If so, perhaps it would be possible to add an
interface to the Lindo API to Swarm allowing access to the combined
capabilities of both packages.
