minor Win98 issues

Hi,
Since I installed the new Swarm 2.1 (Win98 PC) I noticed a couple of
things:

- Until last version (2.0.1) I could run the compiled application from
within "bash" (I am not using Emacs) but now I get the following message
"C:/Swarm-2.1/bin/bash.exe": <name of application>: command not found",
although the application appears (in green) within the directory.

- When I run the compiled application outside "bash" it requires that
ALL the Swarm DLLs are within the current directory. So I assume that
some flag in "make" is responsible for not linking to the libraries
during compile? This (requiring the DLLs) wasn't happening before with
2.0.1.

Probably there is a simple answer for the above, but any help would be
appreciated.
