Problem with tutorial for swarm-1.4.1

Hello!
I'm new to swarm and just started with the tutorial provided for download
at the swarm website.
Compilation works fine, but when trying to start the programs I get the
following message:

:./bug 
bug: Too many arguments
Try `bug --help' or `bug --usage' for more information.
