NT install failure

Hi,
  during installation of Swarm 1.4.1 on Windows NT 4.0 I get a severe 
PathSet failure. I`m sure I`ve seen this mentioned before but 
couldn`t find it on the Active FAQ... can anyone help? Thanks,
