Swarm uses the Tk `wm geometry' command to determine screen size
and position. You can experiment with this command using the `wish'
(or `wish8.0') command.
% address@hidden $ /opt/SUNWtcl/8.0/sun4/bin/wish8.0
% wm geometry .
200x201+284+56
%
If that returns zeros, there is something wrong with the window manager...
