`ls' is a program in the GNU fileutils package that it is included
with the gnu-win32 package from Cygnus. It is like `dir' in DOS.
In the left column, there should be a sequence of letters like
-r--r--r--
The characters report whether the file is readable by the owner,
members of the group, and other people, respectively. If the `r's
aren't there, then you can't read it.
Can you read the file by typing "cat model.setup"?
