Testing post restrictions

Hey guys,

I'm back from my visit to Houston.  I'm now going to try to
implement the restriction on who can post to swarm-support
so that we don't receive messages from those who aren't
subscribed.  I'm hoping that this will eliminate messages
from address@hidden, since I can't seem to get
a response from "mailbase."
