Version 1 of UML (Unified Modeling Language) is now complete, and
information/documentation can be found at:

        http://www.rational.com/ot/uml


You can download PDF files explaining UML.

There is a book under preparation.

UML is incorporated into the Rational Rose product suite. (same site).
