Installation question from new guy

I'm getting the idea that some of the installation advice has not
been incorporated into the document in swarmdocs. Is that true?

I have redhat linux4.1, which many know has blt1.9 and tcl/tk 4.2 and
7.6.  The redhat folk I know claims there is some kind of inconsistency
between blt2.1 and those tcl.tk versions, but nobody here mentions it.
Has it been an issue for anyone?

ANy redhat specific info for a totally new to linux guy like me?
