Software access to a ProbeDisplay...

Don't ask me why: just accept that it might conceivably be useful
for an object *rather than the user* to trigger an action in a
ProbeDisplay. What I have in mind is an object being able to
simulate *precisely* the effect of (say) a user clicking on a method
button in a ProbeDisplay - specifically including the effect that
would have on the ProbeDisplay itself (e.g. displaying the
return value from the method).

My question: is this possible?

Thanks,

Barry.
